In Chora (City) of Astypalaia Island, one of the most beautiful islands of the Aegean Sea, 400m above sea level on the southwest side of the island, you can find Asvestoti Maisonettes

Placed in an advantageous position, just outside of the castle and only a few meters from the center of the island, it is easily accessible by our guests.

Built with respect for our Greek architectural tradition and regard for your absolute comfort, our maisonettes offer from their spacious private verandas a unique view of Livadi Bay as well as the renowned sunset of Astypalaia.

Chambres

Asvestoti is a decorated in style complex of maisonettes with panoramic view to the Livadi beach.

Fully equipped and furnished open plan maisonettes 50 sq.m. each, build in two different levels which can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons plus one extra bed.

The ground floor with an open plan sitting room, combined with kitchen / dining has proper table and chairs, decorated with nice colours; it has 1 sofa bed which can be converted into 1 bed if required and 1 extra bed if needed.

Mezzanine floor with one king size bed and large veranda, overlooking the Livadi Bay, the endless sea and the mountains. All the maisonettes have fully equipped kitchen (eye level oven, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, toast maker) bathroom with hairdryer, air-condition and satellite TV.

From your private balcony you are able to watch the sunrise that will certainly captivate you, while at night the moon will accompany you.
